TERMS OF SERVICE

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Scheduling: 

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, email, Facebook, Instagram or Mobile phone. We strive to adhere to the scheduled time, but circumstances such as weather or traffic may cause delays. 

Payment Terms:

To secure any booking, a 25% deposit is required, capped at a maximum of $200. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations/reschedules are made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations/reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. If we, as a company, need to make any changes to your appointment, your original deposit will remain applicable to the rescheduled booking. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion. We reserve the right to hold the vehicle until payment is received in full. 

Weather Conditions: 

In case of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and the quality of service. 

Customer Responsibilities:

• Suitable Location: (Only Applicatable for mobile jobs) Customers are responsible for providing access to an electricity outlet and water source and a suitable location for the detailing service.
• Vehicle Condition: It's important to let us know about any pre-existing damages or conditions that might impact the detailing process. Please understand that Attentive Detailing cannot be held responsible for damage to your vehicle resulting from previous defects or damage that wasn't communicated to us. 
• Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicle before service. Deluxe Detail is not liable for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. 

Privacy and Data Collection:

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information with care. By booking with us, you agree that we may collect and use certain personal information, such as contact details and vehicle information, solely for scheduling and communication related to our services. This information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties unless necessary for service purposes.

Updates: 

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
