Terms & Conditions
Attentive Auto Detailing

By booking with Attentive Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, email, or social media. All services are carried out at our workshop located at U10, 57 Shore Street West, Cleveland QLD 4163.

Deposits & Payment

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, capped at a maximum of $400. Full payment is due upon completion of the service. We reserve the right to retain the vehicle until payment is received in full.

Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

If we need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be carried over to the new booking date.

Weather

In the event of inclement weather affecting our ability to deliver services safely or to the standard we expect, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibilities

Vehicle condition: Please inform us of any pre-existing damage or conditions prior to your appointment. Attentive Auto Detailing cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed pre-existing defects.

Personal belongings: Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. Attentive Auto Detailing is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the service.

Right to Refuse Service

Attentive Auto Detailing reserves the right to decline or discontinue any booking or service at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to situations where a vehicle's condition is deemed unsuitable, where a customer's behaviour is considered inappropriate, or where completing the service would compromise the safety of our team or the quality of our work. Where a deposit has been paid and we decline the booking, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Privacy

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details and vehicle information solely for the purpose of scheduling and delivering our services. This information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where required to deliver your service.

Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting to our website.
